Bilcare Gloss White PVC
Delivery times vary between two and five weeks so it is necessary for us to contact the mill to obtain an accurate delivery date.
The minimum making quantity is one tonne except for grade PR316 which is the grade chosen for 900 micron and thicker. Here the requirement is two tonnes minimum.
Colours
Unless your shade matches a colour in the mill's existing range then they will need to produce a laboratory sample which takes about a week. Colouring is achieved using organic pigments and is not normally available for orders of less than 1500 kilos. Producing to an exact sheet quantity can be difficult as there is a manufacturing wastage of about 400-500 kilos when moving between colours which also partly explains the extra cost compared with the standard white. Once the colour sample is approved delivery of the order is between three and five weeks.
Gallazzi Gloss White PVC
Normally 1 tonne is the minimum making of a standard grade of PVC, anything unusual can be between 3 and 5 tonnes. Please contact your usual sales office contact with your specific enquiries.

The material is suitable for screen, digital, UV and Offset UV printing subject to ink compatibility trials and thermoforming and has a high impact strength and is suitable for most POS signs and displays, shelf promotions, labels and tickets. It is also good for making packing materials for stationery, toys, tools, gifts and other box packing.
The product can be supplied in sheets, which we can guillotine to your bespoke size, and we can sheet to size from reels of 220micron and 430 micron.
