Schelling Beam Saws
Our two high precision Schelling saws enables PPB to offer the highest level of cutting quality and tolerance. Both saws have 3m by 2m beds and take advantage of software which enables us to maximise sheet yield. This ensures minimal wastage and optimisation of cutting time. They are suitable for bulk cutting multiple sheets and have the added ability of being able to cut sheets as thin as 0.5mm and as thick as 120mm.
The computerised quality control system guarantees consistent accuracy even on an large scale production run. The result is a quick and accurate cut with guaranteed quality for our customers.
Our system also includes dust extraction and the ability to cut specialist material including Polycarbonate, PETG, APET, Acrylics and Aluminium Composite material.
Wall Saws
We have two 6m by 2m wall saws which can perform straight cuts for small volume jobs.
