With our bespoke machines we are capable of sheeting material up to 2.5m wide and up to 3.2m in length. A gripper assembly automatically feeds the material to the required sheet length before making a cross cut and lowering the finished sheet to a stacking pallet.

The Tidland slitting system allows highly efficient trimming of edges and multiple slitting of reels during the sheeting process.

We also have a rewinding facility and we can slit the master reels to required widths and rewind them to required lengths. Our slitter rewinder is ideal for conversion of vinyl’s, laminated materials, plastics, films, foams, rubber, textiles, etc.

This highly accurate process eliminates the need for guillotining after cutting.

We carry a variety of materials which we can convert to size but we are happy to do commission work as required.
